Oven Roasted Garlic Crab Legs

  1. 2 lbs crab legs, defrosted
  2. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  3. 1-2 Tbsp swamp fire seafood seasoning-or favorite
  4. 6-8 garlic cloves, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup fresh italian parsley, chopped
  6. 1/2 stick unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  7. 1/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper
  8. juice of 1 lemon
  1. Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Place crab legs of large oven proof pan. Pour olive oil over crabs.
  2. Sprinkle seafood seasoning over crab legs followed by garlic, parsley and crushed red pepper. Place pieces of butter evenly over crab
  3. Roast crabs about 15-20 minutes depending on size of crabs. Baste with butter/olive oil mixture 2 times during roasting time
  4. Remove crab legs from oven and pour some of the yummy butter/olive oil mixture over crab legs, squeeze lemon juice on top. Serve remaining butter/olive oil mixture in a small ramekin. Enjoy!
