Gyros
 1 lb lean ground lamb
 2 tsp Kosher salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ¼ cup grated onions
 ¼ tsp all spice powder
 1 garlic clove
Tzatziki Sauce
 1 cup Chobani® Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
 1 English cucumber
 1 tsp minced garlic
 1 tsp chopped lemon zest
 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 1 tsp chopped mint
 1 tsp chopped dill
 1 pinch paprika
 ½ tsp kosher salt
 ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper

Meat

In a large bowl combine the ground lamb, garlic, allspice powder, onions, salt, and pepper. Divide into four equal portions and shape into oblong thin patties. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the patties for 3-4 minutes (smaller) and 6 minutes (larger) or until they are cooked to desired doneness. Then slice into strips.

Tzatziki Sauce

Peel cucumber. Use the medium side of a box grater to grate the cucumber into a bowl.

Squeeze the grated cucumber to remove as much liquid as possible. Pat dry with a paper towel. Roughly chop the cucumber and transfer to a mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve

Warm the pita bread, layer with meat, sliced onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. Top with tzatziki sauce and serve immediately.
