Why We Do It

Shandra noticed that many short-term rental businesses struggled to stay operational beyond a year. Curious about the underlying issues, she conducted an in-depth investigation.

She discovered that many properties lacked thoughtful design, making them less appealing to guests. Common problems included uninspiring interiors, poorly scaled furnishings, and a lack of design continuity. Without a cohesive and inviting atmosphere, these rentals failed to attract repeat bookings and positive reviews.

To address these challenges, Shandra developed a specialized design program called "My Signature BNB." The program focused on fundamental design principles such as color coordination, space planning, and overall aesthetic harmony. While the program helped many rental owners improve their spaces, some participants needed more hands-on guidance.
